Eclipse not detect Layout file and Button id

I have problem with my eclipse where it did not detect the XML layout file and all button id even though I've clean the project and restart the eclipse.The problem still there. Most frustrating that now it also happen to other project that I've done before. Some advise from my friend that is to re-install the eclipse and I did. But, seems that the same problem is still there. Does anyone can help me?
